Montréal, February 2, 2018 — Cogeco Connexion is proud to announce that it has been ranked, for a second consecutive year, among Montréal’s Top 45 Employers for 2018 by Mediacorp Canada. This ranking showcases employers in the Greater Montréal area who have distinguished themselves through the excellence of their human resources practices and the quality of their work environment.

“We're very pleased to be chosen for a second consecutive year among Montréal’s top employers. At Cogeco Connexion, we spare no effort and are always striving to offer the most amazing employee experience," stated Liette Vigneault, Vice President, Human Resources and Communications with Cogeco Connexion. "Our employees are one of the main pillars of our success, which is why we are committed to nurturing a culture that promotes innovative and flexible human resources programs that foster their growth and development. In fact, this approach allows us to attract and retain the best talents in Montréal, Québec and Canada,” she concluded.

“We are honoured to be ranked, once again, among Montréal’s best employers,” added Ken Smithard, President, Cogeco Connexion. “This recognition attests to our unwavering commitment to our employees, who have been the foundation of our company’s success for sixty years.”

Montréal’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by Mediacorp Canada, the editor of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. Employers are evaluated based on a series of criteria including: social, financial and family benefits, vacations and time off, communication with employees, performance management, training and skill development, physical workplace and work atmosphere. Organizations active in the same field are then compared to each other in order to determine which offer the most progressive programs.
