The Regulatory Tariffs listed below contain the most recent rates, charges, terms and conditions applicable to the mandated wholesale services offered by Cogeco Communications Inc.'s subsidiaries to other service providers, as regulated and approved by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).
INTERNET TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND NET NEUTRALITY
Cogeco is a strong supporter of net neutrality. Amongst other things, one of our subsidiaries, Cogeco Connexion, is challenging a provincial legislation that would have the effect of obliging Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to block certain websites. In addition, Cogeco does not engage in blocking, throttling, priorisation, sponsored data, zero rating or any other Internet traffic management practices unless compelled to do so by a court order.
