COGECO CABLE INC. ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS ON THE ELECTION OF
DIRECTORS HELD DURING ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Montréal, January 14, 2014 – Cogeco Cable Inc. (“Cogeco Cable”) (TSX: CCA) is pleased to announce
that each of the nominees as directors for Cogeco Cable listed in the Corporation’s information circular
dated November 15, 2013 was elected as director of Cogeco Cable during its annual meeting of
shareholders held earlier today in Montreal, Quebec (the “Meeting”).
