Cogeco Cable Upgrades its High Definition TV Services in Ontario
Montréal, March 27, 2007 – Cogeco Cable (TSX: CCA) today announced the launch of three new High
Definition (HD) channels to its Ontari o channel line-up.

In the wide majority of Cogeco Cable systems in Ontario, HD customers will be offered even more
entertainment, information, sports and TV hits with the exceptional image and sound quality of HD
Television available with the introduction of three new channels:

Score HD (position 275), a national sports speciality channel with news, information, highlights
and live event programming;
•
National Geographic HD (position 272), which gives Canadian television viewers access to the
most spectacular of National Geographic’s world-renowned visual imagery, all in the unparalleled
visual and audio quality of HD;
•
Showcase HD (position 271), the home of premium provocative series from Canada and around
the world, such as CSI, CSI: Miami, Weeds, Dead Like Me, The L Word, Rescue Me and Six Feet
Under.
For Ontario customers wh o already subscribe to the standard definition version of these new HD
channels and who the pay the $5.99 monthly HD Access Fee, no additional charges will be required to
access these three new HD chan nels.
Customers appreciate the variety, quality and control that Cogeco Cable’s Digital Television Service
provides them. The service has been gaining popularity with more than 80,000 new custome rs in fiscal
2006.
