Cogeco Cable now offering Wild TV in Québec
Montréal, May 1, 2012 – Cogeco Cable Inc. (TSX: CCA) announced today its distribution in
Québec of Wild TV, the Canadian channel loyally followed by hunters and sports fishermen.
Wild TV, available in most Québec markets on channel 153, will be offered in freeview for three
months to Cogeco’s Digital customers. Wild TV features high quality programming with shows from
Canada and around the world and presents spectacular content devoted to hunting, fishing and the
environment. Outdoor enthusiasts can fully appreciate shows that are both educational and
entertaining. At the end of the freeview period, Cogeco Digital customers will be able to access the
channel via their Selectif or Destination Sports packages or a Pick Pack. Wild TV is also available
on Cogeco On Demand (channel 600).
By adding Wild TV, Cogeco focuses once again on offering its customers the best television
experience. The new specialty channel, in high demand and offering highly targeted content,
enhances the range of dedicated sports c hannels a vailable in Qu ébec.
