Cogeco Cable Inc. announces resignation of Fabio Ba nducci, Co-chief
Executive Officer of its subsidiary PEER1 Hostin g
Montreal, November 12, 2013 – Cogeco Cable Inc. (TSX: CCA) (“Cogeco”) today reports
that Mr. Fabio Banducci resigned from his duties as Co-chief Executive Officer of its wholly-
owned subsidiary, PEER1 Hosting, to refocus on other opportunities. His resignation takes
effect December 18, 2013. Mr. Gary Sherlock, who shared the leadership of Cogeco’s
subsidiary as Co-chief Executive Officer with Mr. Banducci, will become President and Chief
Executiv e O f fic er of PEER1 Host ing, effective December 18, 2013.
