Cogeco Cable Inc. Announces an Internal Leadership Succession at
its American Subsidiary, Atlantic Broadband
Montréal, December 10, 2014 – Cogeco Cable Inc. (TSX: CCA) announced today the appointment of
Richard Shea as President and Chief Executive Officer, Atlantic Broadband and David Isenberg as
President and Chief Revenue Officer, Atlantic Broad ba nd, effective January 1, 2015.
Edward Holleran, President and Chief Ex ecutive O fficer of Atlantic Bro adband, has dec ided to step down
from his pos ition effec tive Januar y 1, 201 5. He has agreed to stay on, taking the r ole of Vice Presid ent of
Industr y Relat ions on a part-time basis.
Both Richard Shea and David Isenberg have been with Atlantic Broadband since it was founded in 2003.
Mr. Shea began his career with Atlantic Broadband as Chief Inform ation Officer and has served as Chief
Operating Officer the past two years. Mr. Isenberg started as Senior Director, Products and has been
Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer since 2012.
