CHANGE THE TIME OF THEIR CONFERENCE CALL ON THE FINANCIAL
RESULTS FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF FISCAL 2006
Montreal, March 31, 2006 – The conference call held by COGECO Inc. and Cogeco
Cable Inc. for purposes of discussing the financial and operational results for the
second quarter of fiscal 2006 will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2006
(Eastern Daylight Savings Time) instead of at 11:00 a.m., as had been previously
announced. Disclosure of results will take place in the morning on the same day.
As planned, a live webcast will be available on Cogeco’s web site at
www.cogeco.ca/investors. The webcast will be available on Cogeco’s website for a
three-month period. Members of the financial community may access the conference call
and ask questions by dialing 1 800 500-0311 (confirmation code 4638890) 10 minutes
ahead of the scheduled time. Media may participate on a listen mode only. A re-
