RESIGNATION OF DAVE DOBBIN AS PRESIDENT OF COGECO DATA SERVICES

Resignation of Dave Dobbin as  
President of Cogeco Data Services 
Montréal, Canada. — October 27, 2008 — Mr. Louis Audet, President and CEO of Cogeco 
Cable announced today the resignation of Mr. Dave Dobbin, President, Cogeco Data Services. 
Mr. Dobbin has decided to pursue new career goals with a new telecommunications start up, 
effective November 28, 2008.   
“Cogeco Data Services is a solid business and we will work with the team in place to continue to 
develop our service offering. We are in a position to continue to deliver results and serve our 
customers the way Cogeco Data Services has always served them. I want to thank Mr. Dobbin 
for his help in the acquisition process of Cogeco Data Services, both before and after the 
transaction was concluded”, said Mr. Audet. 
Mr. Dobbin’s successor has not yet been appointed. Subsequent announcements will be made 
in due course.
