    Mr. Jetté is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cogeco Inc. and of Cogeco Communications Inc. since September 1, 2018.

    Mr. Jetté was President of Cogeco Peer 1 from 2015 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Jetté held several positions within Cogeco, including Senior Vice President, Chief Technology and Strategy Officer of Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Communications Inc. between 2013 and 2015 and Vice President, Chief Technology Officer from 2011 to 2013.

    With more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Jetté combines practical technological know-how, mastery of complex network engineering, years of strategic planning, and global experience in marketing and sales with an extensive knowledge of the telecommunications market.

    Prior to joining Cogeco, Mr. Jetté was President of PJCS Inc. (strategic ITC technology and marketing services) between 2008 and 2011. Before that, he held several technology, sales and marketing leadership positions with Bell Canada, Bell Mobility and Rogers Communications (Cantel).

    Mr. Jetté acts as a Governor of the Alumni Association of École Polytechnique (Montréal).

    Caroline Paquet joined Cogeco in July 2021 as President of Cogeco Media. Caroline’s successful track record has spanned over 25 years and has earned her a high degree of credibility in the fields of marketing, entertainment and media. Her exceptional creativity and unifying leadership are valuable assets that are deployed to translate organizational visions and ambitions into business success.

    Prior to joining Cogeco, Caroline was Vice President, Marketing and Content, at Videotron where she was responsible for the launch of Club illico, Canada's leading French-language subscription video-on-demand service. Caroline first joined Québecor in 2005 and successfully held several increasingly demanding roles. Among her accomplishments, she was instrumental in building and strengthening the group’s content offering to maintain its status as a leader in the entertainment industry in Québec. 

    Caroline holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from the Université de Sherbrooke. She also sits on the board of directors of the Foundation of the YMCAs of Québec.

    Mr. Jolivet has pursued a career of more than 20 years at Cogeco, including his current role as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Communications Inc. since 2016. He supervises all legal and regulatory activities of Cogeco Communications and Cogeco Communications Inc., as well as their respective business units.

    He has been the Chief Legal Officer and the Corporate Secretary of Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Communications Inc. since 2002, advising the Boards on corporate governance practices in the context of the Corporation’s global business and affairs.

    Mr. Jolivet is a graduate of the University of Montreal Faculty of Law and is a member of the Quebec Bar. He holds a Masters of Law degree from McGill University.

    Mr. Jolivet received the 2012 Québec Corporate Counsel Award in the category Accomplishment, Business Strategy.

    Ms. Labrie was named Senior Vice President and Chief Public Affairs, Communications and Strategy Officer in 2018. She has more than 20 years of broad experience in government relations, public communications and marketing. Prior to joining Cogeco, she was at Enerkem starting in 2008, most recently as Senior Vice President, Government Affairs and Communications, where she built the company’s corporate image and reputation, positioning the organization as a global leader in the field of biofuels. Previously, Ms. Labrie worked with a range of companies as a communications consultant from 2006 to 2008, and from 1997 to 2006 she held roles at CAE including Director, Strategic Planning and Marketing. She began her career with the Government of Canada from 1993 to 1997, working on diverse portfolios. Ms. Labrie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université Laval in Québec City, where she also completed a Masters in International Business.

    Dr. Mansourati joined Cogeco as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in November 2020. He has nearly three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, including thirteen years at Telus where he held several executive positions including Vice President of National Broadband Network Implementation. He started his career at Bell-Northern Research followed by Movaz Networks, where he served in many executive roles including product management, customer network planning, and business development. Most recently, he was Chief Customer Officer at Vitruvi, working with their telecommunications service provider clients.

    Dr. Mansourati holds a Master of Science degree from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris, and a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in mathematics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

    Ms. Nyisztor was named Vice President, Corporate Human Resources in 2014. Prior to joining Cogeco, she served as Partner, International Executive Services at KPMG Canada. Previously, she held several executive positions with SNC-Lavalin Group Inc., notably as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Senior Vice President, Compensation and Benefits. Ms. Nyisztor also served as Senior Principal, International Executive Services at KPMG, where she spent more than a decade after joining in 1989. She sits on the Board of Directors of Saputo Inc.

    She holds a Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certificate from McMaster University, a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Concordia University. Ms. Nyisztor also has the designations of Certified Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant.

    Mr. Ouimet joined Cogeco in 2014 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Cogeco, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Enerkem Inc. He also served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Enterprise Risk Management at Gildan Activewear Inc. Mr. Ouimet worked for the previous ten years in various roles in the investment banking sector at Lazard Limited and at CIBC World Markets Inc. In addition, he currently serves as a board member of the Montreal General Hospital Foundation.

    Mr. Ouimet holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and a Diploma in Accountancy from Concordia University. He is a chartered professional accountant and chartered accountant.
