A new radio station in the Outaouais Region: Rythme FM!
Montréal, July 11, 2014 – RNC Media inc. and Cogeco Diffusion Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of COGECO
Inc. (TSX: CGO), are very proud to have reached an agreement allowing the people of the Outaouais region
to also enjoy Rythme FM. Following the agreement between the two companies, CHLX 97.1 will become a
Rythme FM station. As of Monday, August 25, Outaouais will be tuning into Rythme FM 97.1, le rythme de
L’Outaouais.
Music and programming; everything that made the Rythme FM brand what it is today will definitely be on
the agenda. Rythme FM 97.1 listeners will have the pleasure to tune in to the most recognised and popular
Québec personalities. At noon, the incomparable duo of Mitsou Gélinas and Sébastien Benoit will play what
listeners want to hear. On the drive Véronique Cloutier will entertain listeners and keep the residents
company. Whether you’re on one side of the nation’s capital or the other, make sure not to miss Le Vero
Show.
