Cogeco Connexion continues to enhance its network to DOCSIS 3.1 and expand its gigabit offering in Ontario and Québec markets

Montreal, January 30th, 2018 —Cogeco Connexion is pleased to announce the continuation of its DOCSIS 3.1 network enhancement program over the next three years which will enable the progressive roll-out of its gigabit offering in Ontario and Québec markets. This program complements the expansion and upgrade projects carried out in recent months. Cogeco Connexion will continue to augment its node segmentation efforts and drive fibre deeper into its access network. Thanks to investments in its powerful hybrid network running from Windsor, Ontario to Gaspé, Québec, Cogeco Connexion will continue to enhance its high-speed Internet offering, helping power amazing experiences and economic growth for its business and residential customers.
